Coffee

Ingredients:

50% ripe Robusta coffee fruit.
50% ripe Arabica coffee fruit.

User manual:
Coffee machine:- Start the machine about 30 minutes before brewing to heat the water.
- Rinse the hand coffee maker through boiling water about 90ºC or more.
- Take about 10 -15g of coffee, gently brush to smooth the surface and then use a tamper to compress the coffee with enough force.
- Drain the coffee maker for about 3 seconds. Then, insert the coffee arm into the machine, place the coffee cup under the machine, start it up and wait for the extraction.

Filter coffee:- Boil water about 90ºC or more and rinse the filter through boiling water.
- Then, take an amount of coffee of about 20g, gently shake the filter so that the surface of the coffee is flat and drops the remaining coffee dust.
- Pour about 20 ml of boiling water into the brewed coffee for 2 minutes to let the coffee expand.
- Then, compress the coffee with sufficient force and add about 50-60ml of boiling water and wait for extraction.
- Can add sugar, condensed milk, serve hot or cold as you like.
